I think that Outpost should really be a non-pvp zone. Just because you dont want all your progress to be lost just because there is this one group camping the outpost, right? Well, at least i dont. This should be safe area where you can also safely talk to players without being afraid they, or someone else, will randomly shoot you in the head.
I just wanted to get my opinion out there and i hope it makes a difference.

@keensatyr288723 I disagree. Some of the most fun times I have had during this beta are running from ships and sneaking through outposts attempting to turn in my treasure. Sure there are risks involved but hey I'm a pirate. This would water down the experience in my opinion. I have seen other posts regarding a town/safe zone for socializing and picking up quests (not turning them in), that I would be ok with. If they did implement some outposts being safe zones, I hope they implement a very strict penalty (Greater than 50% of chest value) to those who decide to turn them in at these points.
