So i pre-oredered the game like 10h ago, just showed up in my library. But now the XBOX Insider Hub will not start and microsoft wont help me. If you know how to fix this please tell me!

@stampedblock8 Firstly ensure you're logged in with the correct account details for Store and App.
There is a way to reset the store and insider hub by going via Settings, Apps and features - click on the app and choose advanced options, which will take you to a page where you can reset the app.
