    What do you mean? If you preordered, you'll be able to download and install the black dog pack. Then you'll see the beta available to download. I don't think there are any keys, though.

    @whenkoalasattak there are keys if you order from a third party retailer like Amazon :)

    @whenkoalasattak someone gave me the key for the closed beta but i can't find where i can't download, install or play the game, no i don't have ordered it that's why he gave me the key because i don't have it, logic!

    I've received my email for installing the beta, installed through the Hub and store, but when I try to launch it says I'm too early. Checked the Twitter feed and they said it should be fixed but not for my account. I've tried opening a ticket but I get sent to Microsoft each time and they are unable to do anything. I have Xbox gold live and play anywhere but still can't play. I've also done every single reinstall and list of instructions posted in forums and twitter but still no change.
