About emotes...

    So according to @Littlen 's post few days ago we will be getting something called emotes. Which I believe will essentially be the SoT version of Tf2 taunts. If that's the case, I always wanted to jump dive in to the #greatwater in SoT hands first. Or even "cannonball style. Would emotes/taunts be a way to do this? I was thinking of two ways.

    • Having a taunt that makes you literally jump into the air and spin straight down repositioning you.
    • Having an emote that's only usable in mid air and that would put you in the correct position depending on the direction of your flight/fall.

    Would either be possible? Also first person face dive would be sweet.

    I made a post about this very thing a while back!

    As much time as we will be spending in the water, I think we should have different ways to enter it then just jumping feet first like we do now.

    I'd absolutely love to go the top of the Island with the big stone arch and wooden bridge that the ships can sail under and do a cannonball jump off there!

    Or run at a rock outcropping (with knifeblade clentched in teeth) high up on an Island that overhangs the ocean, and do a graceful swan dive into the deepwater below!

    After a spot of fishing from the deck of the ship and becoming a bit overheated from the sun, I should be able walk up to the peak of the bow and backflip into the water to cool off (and play with the sharks)!

    Fire me out of a cannon... well I'm a cannonball now, might as well ball up and look like one! ;)

    Pirates spend their lives on the sea, you'd think they be more creative when it comes to entering the #brinydeep the just flopping in feet first! :(

    So Basically.... Dives!

    Rare.... We need dive emotes!

    Lots of 'em!
