And when nobody comes after me i get killed by 2 of those unkillable shadow boats!

Ghost or Skeleton ships, and they arent unsinkable, seems you are new so havnt had a moment to practice.,

How am i supposed to play this game

Jump into SS for a period, this would allow you to not deal with the "15min server lobby gang up" you claim happens.
and allow you to focus on those skeleton and ghost ships as they sail around the map or appear on you.

I haven't gotten any gold for 3 [mod edit] hours now!

Impossible. You could have fished off the Outpost, caught 1 fish, and earned gold. Heck, you can earn gold from the Season Reown by doing stuff and earn gold, or Daily rewards by eating fruit. All can be done in 15min. :/
