In my opinion, the plunderpasss is underwhelming and a waste for long term players. out of the 100 tiers 43 alone are gold which is the most useless currency for expereinced players since the gold earned in the pass can be earned in a few hours. A core change that has to happen, is more unique cosmetics need to be added to the game instead of the empoorium. Take notes from fortnite, their community designs skins and other cosmetics and they add the popular ones to the game. I enjoy this game so much, but its criminal how little you get from the pass.

They are absolutely aware, that there is a huge lack of interesting cosmetics within the game. Not only because they have been told via player feedback certainly a million times by now. Be assured, it’s part of their business model. Releasing fancy emporium cosmetics while putting some recoloured ship sets into outpost shops every now and then doesn’t happen by accident. They simply want you to pay for stuff (which is absolutely fine … to a certain degree).
Long story short: they won’t change anything, that’s for sure.
@burnbacon that’s not even close to true. A majority of the player base is returning players. New players try the game for a week and stop.
