    According to the Pirate Code:

    All Crewmates Are Equal

If captains could kick off toxic people from their ship, they could also kick people who, for example, sailed for hours on their ship and want the gold from turning in. Or they might kick off someone when they encounter a Shrouded Ghost and rather have a friend to defeat her with.
And who would be able to kick off a toxic captain ... ?

  • Why do you allow them to join in first place? Turn that off and only invite players.

Besides. It maybe your captain ship but everyone has equal say in voyages and voting.

  • @lem0n-curry OK. Players come and go, but when you start throwing away loot you've earned in 2 hours of play, setting it on fire, killing it...! Well, these are not equal players. A helpless, vulnerable state. :)

Report them ? I know it won't help you in the current session, but if they are actually toxic and / or griefing their own crew perhaps thay won't be able to do that in a next session.

  • I did some open crew in a mostly unsuccessful attempt to gift grappling guns.
Had some good sessions but the vast majority were a waste of time.

If you don't have a regular crew, going Solo is much less trouble.

Exactly what @Lem0n-Curry said. Record and report is your best option.
