The commendation (at least from my experience) is virtually impossible. Diving, and diving, and seems like people have forgotten about the reaper missions, because i haven't encountered a single person doing them. Could an alternative be rolled or something? Its not about lack of skill or anything, its the fact that the content is not being played and its blocking rewards.
