Hit reg is actually insane. This needs to be fixed, I was in a fight for a chest of fortune and hit someone with 4 blunder bombs in a row, no hit markers nothing they survived and killed me. Then later on during the fight my teammate hit him with his sword then I shot him and hit him with my sword three times and nothing, keep in mind the guy didn't eat in between these attacks. Unless he was hacking, which is a real possibility in this game lets be real, there's no way he didn't die once.
Hit Reg needs to be a priority
I had a fight last night where I got 6 hitregs in a row. Got hitmarker, did not see them eat, got hitmarker again, repeat. Even had a different fight where I got the sound for hitting someone with a cannonball but they didn't actually die. Foodreg is also a really bad issue. I get that it might be hard to make a bullet accurately hit a target when the shooter and target are both running around on a boat on the ocean and bullets are fast events, but foodreg has no excuse. It's a 1 second+ long animation, there should be no way that you can make it all the way through that, see the next piece of food, and not gain health. It does not need physics or hitscan to make sure it works properly. The new addition of faster swapping isn't going to help the gunplay any because its still going to have gun jams and hitreg, and food reg, and with faster time between shots/animations/events I think that hitreg is actually likely to get worse.
@burnbacon Na bro the blunders hit him in the face, I watched his character do the animation when you get hit. I didn't miss those.
