Hello, as someone who was access to the legendary weapons and has been trying to complete the legendary set, I was curious to why you have reverted some of the legendary weapons to the legendary fortune weapons and didn’t continue with the legendary counter parts. I do understand that the original legendary weapons are exclusive but as I have them and want to finish the whole set having these legendary fortune weapons be the centre of the set is kinda annoying. As I have been waiting for the release of the legendary blowpipe, grapple gun and double barrel pistol and to see you have changed even the throwing knives is disappointing.
Legendary weapon set
They should have just given the new versions with og colors to everyone, while of course ceeping the arena ones locked.
The new version would have nothing to do with the arena.The reasoning behind this is that the Legendary Seadogs not only own the weapons, but also the colour scheme.
Its a bit ridiculous, but i dont think theyll change it again.If you want the weapons youll have to wait for the return of the Arena, if that ever happens.
The real problem is that they released the heavy and thin swords with the original colours. So I assume they were made well after the arena closed, which makes it completely incomprehensible that they changed the colours (again).
Given that the colours are different for the weapons, and knowing that there are many players who started SoT well after the arena closed, I think it would be normal for the developers to change (or add) a set of equipment and clothing in the new Athena colours. Because now it's mismatched.@dermasterbob

These weapons can only be reintroduced when the Legendary Seadog commendation is available again.
Untill then noone can have it.

Yea i also didn't understand it at first.
Some LSD's complained about them not being exclusive to Arena and since Rare cant add something exclusive to a years old commendation, they just removed it altogether.
It saves them the headache, from both parts of the community.Yeah I'm just confused by this change. The obvious two options would have been:
- Make original color scheme available to everyone
- Make original color scheme available to LSDs and the fortune colors to regular players
And instead they went with the unknown third option, remove the legendary set from the game and replace it with legendary fortune. We know they exist and are built... Why does at least one group of players not have it unlocked?
I feel like keeping things with the Legendary Fortune color is more consistent for newer players, but as I'm an LSD I'm probably just biased. It's not a huge deal to me. But I can see why LSD's would still want to rock those weapon colors exclusively even if they were using other weapons. I just want the legendary throwing knife back.
