The problem is, that my Ship Journal Tab aint working for 12 months. I tap there it loads up for 40 seconds and then says "An Error Occured, Please Try Again Later". I cant see my milestones, i cant edit pinned ones in captain log book. I've been asking people on the seas about it, and it seems im not alone on it, while it never was even listed as a know one. Its not a connection issue or something, as if i log in to new account this tab works as intended, as well as on my account on the Insider. Its something with my account on their side, database, dont know.
I raised 3 support tickets during the year about it, they always say "We investigate and let you know" sort of answer and closing the ticket instantly.
I need help. But it seems i cant get it with support. What should i do?
Im posting here about that, as i dont know what to do at this point.
