Please adjust the Lazybeard limitations for when browsing stores.

  • Some of the stores on outposts have very long lists of stock.
I am unable to browse the items without being disconnected with a 'Lazybeard' code.
How is a player supposed to know which items they want to purchase if unable to to make it to the end of the list?

I was trying to mitigate this by browsing a few pages of the shop then exiting the shop interface to walk a little bit, but this also still disconnected me.

    It's very annoying.

  • The only time I ever lazybearded was when I trying to reorganise my emotes... and the lazybeard meant that it didn't even save what I had already done!

I think they should extend the lazybeard time, but only for Closed/Guild Crews and Safer Seas. It doesn't need to be that much. Keep the 10-15 minutes for Open Crew, extend it to 20 minutes for a Closed/Guild Crew, and make it 30 minutes on Safer Seas. I also think a 1 minute kick warning would be useful.

They do need to kick inactive players who take up server slots, but I feel the current timer is a bit silly, especially considering folk use all sorts of methods to not get kicked when AFK anyway and players doing legitimate things (like browsing shops or emotes) get kicked.

  • You can sort the shop to hide already purchased. Which sadly I have bought all the year 1 ugly cosmetics I no longer want so this hides more from me than it might you. But I have never been lazybearded from browsing the shop. Or at least maybe not since year1. The timer is 10 minutes I can't imagine anyone browsing and contemplating what to buy for that long... Also sort by type instead of viewing the entire shop stock might make browsing for what you want a bit quicker. This is basically just a tip because they will never change lazybeard.

  • 10min is an often long time and does t take seconds to flip over pages, select the outfit and click purchase. Leaving the store which since you moved now resets timer.

  • That's not a thing. You cannot get lazybearded in stores or while changing clothes as long as you are actually doing something. I have had sessions where I spend 2 hours in my clothing chest just playing with different designs without moving or leaving.
