Bought ancient Coins, Logged in with Ultimate, got the coins but still dont get the Ruby hat

    So i bought Ancient Coins Pack now 3x with Microsoft Reward Points, bought Xbox Ultimate, installed the game and logged in via Install and Cloud Gaming. I still dont got the hat. I got the Coins on my account, so that works, but i did not get the hat as a reward. I also waited more then 48 hours.

    Rare ticket told me to contact the Xbox Customer service. They also cannot help and tell me to contact Rare...

    I'm sorry that you have to encounter this kind of case.

    My apologies but if the transaction is showing in your order history, it should automatically show in-game.

    Now if not, only the game developer can do something about it since they are the only ones that have access to the game and their system.

    So what else can i do now?

    I wondered if it was because the pack had to be the 5100 point one.

    I’m not sure but I think it said it included the hat, not sure why it said purchase any pack.

    @bulbris raise a new ticket with support and include details of the email you’ve had from Microsoft support regarding this. It’s not a Microsoft issue so Rare should be applying the item as it’s their responsibility. Insist they don’t pass you off because Microsoft cannot apply the cosmetic into the game, they do.

    @bulbris hello, I SS the order no in Microsoft rewards and sent to SoT support. Idk if rare fixed it for me or if it just showed up. Also give support some time, usually they respond in no more than 48hrs and have fixed so many of the issues I’ve encountered. Also I did the punchcard instead of the purchase. Hats pretty nice looking especially with the current season ship set!

    I cannot make it, cause my country is not legit for this. And this is Austria... Totally central europe. Germany has it, France has it, everyone has it, but Austria hasnt. Absolute joke again by Rare.
