Idk how to really explain this, but During pvp on a sloop, with a teammate, I was getting stuck on the canon and It was acting as if someone else was controlling it. At least one of the times I know my team mate was on the canon and I was seeing it from his perspective, this happened while I was trying to put chain shots in a barrel and bucket. Only one of the time was I even trying to use the canon. I have no clue what Rare has done to this game, but yeah this is a new one.
Canon glitching
I think when you grab the cannons at the same time, you’ll both be on the cannons but the person who got it first will be controlling it.
you might be right. I couldn't get it to replicate exactly. Although I did find out that if you get on the cannon, then off, then back on immediately you glitch the cannon out and it sometimes goes haywire. I could see my sword and arm as well as sometimes the prompts being missing as well as not working. there were some very rare occasions my team mate could interact with it as well when I was on it like that. there's the possibility my original instance was due to lag and this canon problem. Although mine and my team mates ping was in the 50-60 area and our frames 90 or above, the game was still terribly unstable giving us the unstable connection symbol. In the last instance of this happening I was trying to put chains in the barrel on the sloop and it just had me on the canon, when interacting with the barrel, unable to move it while my team mate was getting mad that I was on the canon instead of bucketing the lower deck.
