Update reaper rising commendation descriptions

    The comms all specify opening reaper chest only at specific locations i.e fort/shrine/sea fort. Its not clear that the new chest of bones also count towards these (the one for opening 20 does specify both)

    Chest of Bones/Reaper Chest

    Two different names, two different items...So it more likely if it says "Reaper Chest" it mean...Reaper chest.

    Chests of bones work for this too? Will have to give it a go, not always able to get a reaper

    Curious if these work with bone ones too. Otherwise, this is one ridiculous set of commendations, not unusual for this game, but yeah..
