    Can we have more dreadlocks cut, I love the haircut of madame Oyah, the npc on Morrow's peak outpost but Rare don't put it for the player, it should be really cool if they do it ! What do you think ?

    They prolly didn't put it to avoid 3000 Jack Sparrow (and Tia Dalma) copycats. Well... non-paying copycats.

    For those who still wanna look like them, there are costumes in the Emporium.
