    What we see and understand.

    • Reapers Faction main season

    • Two Voyages for Reapers

    • Order of Bone and Blade/Skeleton Mercenaries
      Seem to be Voyage/Island only characters? Will help with locating treasures on the said island you find them on. Carry loot for you. (Doesnt say if they put on your ship) Battles with you (even against other skeletons?) Can be Revived? (is there a limit?)

    • Cannon of Rage
      Found not bought. Portable cannon. Placeable just about anywhere. On Islands, Forts, even Ships. Has a very small tiny draw back, Blows up if over heated/takes damage and/or misused. Explosion seems massive but easy to manage. Once explodes, Cannon vanishes.

    Reaper Voyage #1: Reaper Ritual
    "Seek Capt Flamehearts Lost Order of the Blades.

    Reaper Voyage #2: Reaper Searches
    |"Find long-banished ancients."

    • Later in the season...
      Breaking Seal on Reaper Chests and summon a swarm of skeletons. About 6 (Minecraft spawner)

    Wasn't said...but I hope down the road they allow some small % of allegiance for doing Reaper and Athena Voyages ;p
    (Maybe just the ones requiring you to be in the Devils Roar?)

    I am really looking forward to this season! The new cannon feels like it's going to be interesting in fights!

    If with this Season they incentivate Hourglass play with double xp weekends that would be great.

    That's my big question if you can bring the cannons into dives with you, I think that would be a yes.

    Heck if that is a yes. Not many are gonna be happy.
    Everyone is gonna demand those cannons act like rowboats, stay with ship after disconnection
    Or purchase them from reapers.

    Solo pve used to be a challenge.

    Chasers finally got their chase guns too.

    Yeah not liking the idea of skelton helpers and the cannon.

    Solo Sloopers are going to have trouble running from a cannon on deck of a bigger boat that's chasing them.

    Is it only normal cannon balls? I hope so, if the portable cannon can shoot chainshot that's going to be bad, especially chasing a boat and shooting straight at it from behind with chain shot.

    This is going to remove tactical aspect between chasers and runners. At the moment it's all about who's the best at controlling the boat and stopping boarders etc. Adding a portable cannon could ruin that.

    Regarding skeleton helpers to carry loot, what's next... Skeletons to help fix your boat etc. I see these Skeleton helpers as the start to a bad thing in SoT.

    So far, it comes down too. Who spends enough time and luck to find a cannon or two to place on there ship. They havnt said if we can purchase or those voyages will give us. But all was said "Find them"

    Yep and if it's hard to get it will be bigger crews advantage anyway, seeing it will be easier to get due to more players. So even bigger downfall for solo players.

    Going by video it might have been buried, so maybe quest dig up.

    Going to be interesting.

    i hope they didnt copy paste lotv voyages and just give them a red forts to attack.

    also if they didnt make it easier/quicker to sell at reapers ill still avoid that faction until they do. sovereigns has spoiled me too much i cant go back

    Reapers isn't meant to be easy, which is why it has a harder hand in.

    I hope it stays hard.

    @captdirtyoar tactics aspect to running and chasing? There barely is any..

    It’s just moving your sail every so often, with the occasional island cannon play, which just stalls, nothing happens and no one likes doing it

    A cannon that can quickly end the chaser or end the runner is more interesting instead of hour long potshots that do nothing

    Season 16 is around the corner (few days after posting) Rare released a new video detailing the release.

    What was discussed

    • Months issues, crashing, black screening, Diving broken etc.
      Team is trying...but apparently for some players, that isnt enough and demand more than the team can deliver. :/ Hang tight guys...another season release gonna introduce more broken stuff.

    • Fight Night in June
      So they are doing another Fight Night, week long one. (yippie)

    • Enforcement Policy
      Some stuff here and there, improvements for the Team to follow and you know that sorta stuff.

    • Season 16
      First Month: Reapers will get first on demand voyage. Reaper Voyage #1: Reaper Ritual
      Along with Fort vaults, will come with those Cannons of Rage. So expect to see increase of Fort spawns and fights :P

    (They knows the cannon will be a huge change) frankly I see them nerfing the damage the cannon receives before it explodes or something silly. Due to players feedback. Mid Season nerf

    • Season 16 June
      New addon, Breaking Seals of Reaper Chests to summon skeletons. Nothing special here, but they will up the spawning of these so players have a chance to grab one.
      Note: These only function as means to help you..with minor stuff. Not to help with ship combat.

    • Season 16 July
      New Voyage. Reaper Voyage #2: Reaper Searches
      Builds/create your own reaper chest to spawn skeletons. Again nothing too special.
