Taking a page from the recent event, what would everyone think about these 3 changes to World Events?

5-10 minute cooldown period between world events, giving crews time to prepare for the next and making them feel more scarce

Increase in all Naturally Occuring World Event loot. I suggest over 10k more gold and under 20k more gold. This gives them a slightly greater worth

Some way to differentiate Raid Voyages and Naturally Occuring World Events, or perhaps working Raid Voyages into this somehow? I feel like Raid Voyages are in a weird place where they're good, but not as valuable as the natural loot. This might help increase the popularity of World Events
These changes would make the world events feel slightly more valuable, and allow a cooldown in-between for players to continue voyages if they're doing so. Hopefully, this would increase the amount of interactions at World Events
