Young guild, need help?

We really want the mustache, crying in lap, we spend an hour loading in and then we get bullied bye every other and his brother, even after asking for alliance and raising flag, pleading to help and let them take all loot... I just want the stache.... People have made it impossible for us to get 1/5 let alone compete the challenge. Please, two experienced pirates take very much pity on us and at the very least offer advice, or help us look dapper on the seas m'please.😭😭😭
