Add a harpoon on top of reapers hideout, when you harpoon your loot off your boat it drops Infront of the servant of the flame. It gets annoying walking it all in.
Reapers hideout
I'm halfway. The ease of sovereigns has made reapers so painful in comparison. I'd say yes to harpoon but with some carrying and movement still required so there is a risk factor but you're not pointlessly being punished for choosing the pvp faction. So put a harpoon on the tower near the most common parking spot on south side so getting all the loot off ship is quicker but then you run it from there.
Edit to add i often sell at sovereigns despite having reaper flag up for convenience. I'd also take a value cut for the service.
I think a lot of people that preach about how reaper's should be risky and this would ruin the balance of trading companies, miss the point. When playing Reaper there is already a lot at stake from the moment you vote to raise the flag. You are literally visible for everyone to see, there are no voyages for this faction, and your only source of gold is world events and loot from other pirates. On top of that, you can only sell at reapers hideout (unless it's an emissary flag) and everyone can see when. What's more, to effectively cash in your loot, you are ''forced'' to put your ship an extremely disadvantagious position, otherwise the proccess takes twice as long. The argument that adding a harpoon would make reapers op doesn't make sense now that sovereigns and guilds exist...
When there was way too much pressure on organic play a couple years ago this would have made more sense than it does in current sot.
The environment changes in sot and currently reapers is one of the last real hot spots for random encounters and steals.
A harpoon speeds things up to the point where most of the interesting outcomes are significantly reduced or removed entirely.
People that choose to stack a lot of loot should always be at risk of the consequences. Stacking loot beyond a grade 5 should never be protected in higher risk content.
