Reaper Keg runs are Exciting and Terrifying

    Sailing around with multiple kegs on board and a reaper flag is probably the scariest thing I've done is SoT. Credit to the community organizers for their creativity

    Just did one, it was awesome.

    Heaps of gold for mega kegs, about 45k.

    And I hate this event. There is no incentive for me to do it. There are no cosmetic rewards and I already have lvl 500, so why bother? Underwhelming.

    This kind of event is almost as old as the game itself.
    Without any cosmetic rewards, this voyage serves no purpose.

    I don't aim to be terrified every time i sail, but for a weekend it's fun

    That harpoon gun can really spice up voyages like these.

    Hopefully people post some some fancy/sneaky harpoon moves.

    I don't like it as far as a tool against sloops/solos goes but it's a lot of fun as far as moving around in adventure goes.

    Old mercenary voyage, got the old crab(?) symbol on the voyage too. Sad there's nothing to be had from it though, even the "eventlist" with rewards are just tiny amounts of gold and rep. Not even a shovel or tankard skin if you complete it all :(

    Came across a brig camping reapers not for steals but just to literally camp players. What gives people feeling of power sadly. Reminds me of the pirates blocking adventures and tall tales on release. Sad individuals

    The thing is that this game is purely cosmetic based and other than that, the event only gives gold + rep and i need neither of those.

    Sure the event could be fun by blowing up others with kegs, but i can do that whenever i want, without this voyage.
