“Just getting started” Trophy not unlocking for me on PS5.

I’ve tried absolutely everything, i restarted all 3 tutorial voyages multiple times, nothing. I waited for the pirate lord to stop talking before turning in my chest, nothing. No trophy. This account was previously played on Xbox and i unlocked the achievement on Xbox and then eventually linked this account to PS5, i’ve done some research and alot of people are saying this trophy isn’t popping on accounts that have already unlocked the achievement on Xbox. Is there a fix for this? A workaround? I’m unable to earn the platinum trophy unless this is fixed. It’s still saying my progress on unlocking the trophy is at 0%. i’m out of options. There’s no way i can get the platinum until it’s fixed.
