Too many cheats in Allegiance, it's just unbearable

How can you get players to join a mode where cheating has become the rule for winning?

What mode? Im confused, you speak first of Hourglass but is a tool for pvp not a mode. :/
Maybe just for a few months, normal player should stop playing and just let the cheaters fight each other?

Do you really want to know why the anti cheat is useless? Have you really been in allegiance? It's obvious that the anti cheat is absolutely useless! You don't have to draw a picture to understand that, and the fact that the support reports are useless is no different. For months I've been sending tickets to support, wasting hours doing it, and the result is that there are still just as many cheats in this game mode (yes, the hourglass is a game mode). I'm speaking from experience, I've got over 9500 hours on SoT, I've got my +200 curses, I know what I'm talking about and I'm sorry but for me the hourglass is dead and support really isn't up to scratch.
When I was told to go and make tickets, I just feel like insulting (really) these people. At some point the developers have to stop beating about the bush, it's been 2 years since the hourglass went live and it's still unbearable, it's enough to make you wonder. Yes, I'm salty, and I'm perfectly happy with that!

Just report them and pretend they are not here. They are only here to spite others for their own amusement.

actually there are some cheaters but it has been way worse, and yeah easy anti-cheat was bypassed weeks after it was implemented iirc, so yeah. i just think u might also be facing some sweatlords that dont miss many shots. anyways shoutout to burning bacon for his always valueable contributions.

this game is goin down and every patch is speeding up the process. rare has to know. men lie, women lie, numbers dont.

Community weeks have always been an influx of cheaters trying to ruin the progress for others, boosting accounts to sell, etc. Out of the 100 or so matches I would say 50 of them included one of more cheater. I currently had to log off because an admitted cheater is on an 11 streak on US-East in solo and wants to get to 100 before the ban. I've reported it but my progress for the weekend has been ruined. I'm hoping for the best here and playing through it, but it's highly discouraging

The anti-cheat must be configured correctly. In the game dbd cheaters occur once in 1000 matches and loading the anti-cheat before starting the game takes a long time. But in SoT anti-cheat is loaded almost instantly, so it means that no one has set it up.

Every game has problems with cheaters, and unless a solution is found, always will. It's best to record and report, and don't engage with them. There's always a few bad apples in every bunch, but the question is whether you let them ruin your fun/goals, etc.
