Services temporarily unavailable

    My bf is trying to log on to SoT on his PC and while it loads up, it always gives him the error message saying services are temporarily unavailable. I log in at the same time on my console and can play fine. His game is also fully updated and he is having no issues playing any of his other games. Please tell me there's a simple fix!

    Is it Lavenderbeard as the error code? If yes, have him click the sign out button on the main screen right when he launches the game and then sign back in.

    If you are receiving the Lavenderbeard error, please try closing the game entirely and relaunching it again.
    You can also restart your PC/console and then try joining again.
