I dove to the stars of a thief tall tale to get me close to the reapers hideout, went down to reapers lair and bought the mottled bones bone color, i check clothing box and see no mottled bone color, i lost the 150k gold and it says i own it even though i dont have it

This is a bug i have encountered far too many times now, buying a cosmetic, having it not appear, joining a new server only to have to buy it again and it taking 2x the amount of money, raising a support ticket has helped and they should give you your gold back but still, it’s been in the game for months now and happens with expensive cosmetics from my experience.
