So I was doing the ones on Port Merrick.
The fifth is 'Remembering The Fallen'. No matter how many times I read Merrick's plaque; it won't register.
So I'm stuck at 4/5.
Unless only 4 of 5 are on this island, and the plaque is a different set? I don't know. I have memory issues, so I can only vaguely remember that 'Umbra's Immortalzations' was popping up for each one prior.

Unless you mean the statue itself? Because I've read the plaque 10 times.

The statue isn’t part of a set that unlocks a tattoo like the original immortalizations, so if you are doing the seasonal trial it might not trigger it. If you’re trying to unlock a certain tattoo set you’ll need to find all of its individual requirements, which are normally not at the same island.
If that's the case; How come All 4 other interactions are from the same set? I hit '4/5' in something, so there should be a fifth thing on Port Merrick.

The five immortalizations on Port Merrick are part of four different commendation sets and a standalone, my dude.
The two tankards (Pirate Port Pals) are part of the Loveable Rogues set.
Dread Pirate Doug (Killer Qualifications) is part of the Piratical Jokers set.
The skeleton with the scroll (Points of Contention) is part of the Pirate Scribes set.
The boom box (May Contain Boom) is part of the Gift Givers set.
Merrick's statue (Remembering the Fallen) is a standalone comm added years later after Port Merrick's construction.
You hit 4/5 in one of the four above mentioned sets when you finished with the immortalizations on Port Merrick. There are TEN different sets of five spread across all the islands. A few of the sets might have up to two immortalizations on the same island, but never ALL five in the same place.
Trust me, my nerdy self sat down and made a spreadsheet of all the locations of Umbra's journals and immortalizations, Skeleton Thrones, Wanda's journals, Forsaken Shores dead bodies, Festival of the Damned beacons, Masked Stranger sketches and Glitterbeard's journals my first month in the game and systematically visited every island on the map one at a time over the course of a weekend to knock them all out...lol
