I had the Burning Blade several times today and was always killed by other players before I could sell them with the spheres. That's why I wanted to ask if you can find the Burning Blade in Calm Seas and if so how can you spawn it?

The Burning Blade Event is supposed to force conflict between pirates that engages them in battle, since S.S has no other pirates besides yourself and possibly 3 other pirates the event is only for Higher Seas. Hopefully that explains why you can't do this event in S.S.
No but if you are struggling and are trying to go for commendations, the more immediate thing you can do is group up with some other players to make it easier to fight, or alternatively wait a while until the hardcore playerbase has gotten bored of it/finished their comms, which will make it easier as well.
@pingusgamer01 it is not available in Safer Seas and cannot be summoned that way. It’s only available in High Seas. My advice; find a crew and take over it that way, you’ll have a much better chance.
