Improved pirate body costumisation

    I am sure this has likely been mentioned before but do any of you think we'll ever get a customisation option different to the Randomly generated pirates we get?

    I remember my first pirate had a jawline I really liked (the model is the same as one of the ghosts you see in the pirates life travelling to the Sea of the Damned, I think he wears a bandana), but he had very small eyes and overall I wasn't very happy with the choice. I used an appearance potion, hoping I would be lucky enough to get a pirate who was a bit buffer, but with the same jaw, but after literal hours of re-rolls, and potions, no such luck.

    I think it's weird we have all these unique ways to customise our pirate, down to the colour of their underwear, and yet we can't make our own personal pirates, and that has to be left to chance.
    I think we should be able to pick preset body designs like facial structure, body type, skin colour, etc

    Day that happens. We are gonna see a lot of the same pirates running around. :)

    Thats has not been the case in ANY game with detailed character customization ever. Why are you assuming this will happen?

    Yeah the IPG is one of the weakest aspects of the game, sometimes i get really really close to the pirate i actually want but it's just rng. I don't understand why some people are so heavily against having more options for your pirate.

    @burnbacon I don't think it would, obviously you'll get a few cosplayers trying to look like jack sparrow or Guybrush, but for the most part I imagine most people will have their own unique pirate. I've seen on multiple occasions people with the same model down to the skin colour because of the limits of the IPG

    @shenlongkazama it makes little sense, given that we can customise so much of our pirates appearance, but not the pirate themselves
