I have completed Seabound Soul multiple times and have not received the Sword of Souls, is there anyway to fix this issue?

@scruffiesquirel I've never heard of this ?? So you completed all 8 commendations, but didn't get the rewards ? Did you get the Ashen Dragon Sails either ?
If it’s been more than 72 hours since you completed it, send them a support ticket here and select “Game issues / Rewards / Commendations” from the drop-down, then fill in the rest of the data and make sure to let them know it’s been over 72 hours. They like us to wait 72 hours because that’s how long it can take to fix on its own.
