Purchase Guild Hideout themes from the Pirate Emporium for about $20-$30 each (A 3rd or half the cost of a new triple AAA game)

Select which Guild and which Guild Hideout you want to visit
-
Sail to Open Seas and dive
-
You arrive standing on the island dock of your Guild Base, which is essentially a prefabricated quest instance like Monkey Island
-
It allows up to 24 guild members to be there at once to hangout and have meetings, but there are no ships
-
To start, there are 5 Guild Hideouts themes you can purchase, which are: Fort of the Damned, Reaper's Hideout, Pirate Legends hideout, Spanish Fort, and Skeleton Fort
-
Later on they introduce Quest Themed Guild Hideouts, such as: Briggsy's Mansion, Pirate Lord's Estate, Flameheart's Lair, Wild Rose island love shack, Monkey Island hut, Port Royal Manor (pirates life)
This same idea keeps getting suggested over and over, but the suggestions are never very specific or well thought out.
I wanted to write this out in detail because I think this would be potentially the most realistic way to go about the execution of the "Guild Lair.. Base.. Hideout" idea
I believe this is the most viable way to execute the idea in terms of both from a programming perspective and financial business venture for Rare.
I don't care if anyone actually reads this, hates this or loves this idea, I just needed to get this off my chest.
Lol
