REMOVE BONE CALLER AND CURSE BALLS FROM HOURGLASS
REMOVE BONE CALLER AND CURSE BALLS FROM HOURGLASS
Bonecallers are extremely broken on solo sloop and duo sloop.
They're pretty much as OP as some of the better curse cannonballs when it comes to sloop fights, except you can find them pretty commonly.
They're not that much of a problem on other ship types if I'm being honest. They definitely should be made more scarce and probably rebalanced as well.
Removing things from hourglass would be nearly impossible the diving systems would ultimately have to delete items from players inventory. I can see this causing issues and they would have to make sure only the hourglass dive did that since voyage dives are copy and pasted from the hourglass dive system.
If you have to use a specific weapon set-up to deal with something, it's most likely broken or centralizing in the meta at the very least.
Ahh yes.. the usual "i dont like this, so remove it" post.
Yet you give No reason as to why they should be removed.. which they most certainly should not.I dislike double gunners.. but i do not ask for the option to be removed.
Double gunners give up the sword and all its advantages for that extra gun.
It balances out.. thou in different situations one will have an advantage over another.Hour-Glass IS FAIR.. this argument is tiresome..
Its 100% fair in the way that you too, have an option to collect supplies prior to Hour-glassing up.
If you choose not to, that's your choice. But, preparation is key to victory.
Pirates may choose to use their time to supp-up specifically to get a leg up on their opponent.
Absolutely nothing wrong with that.If you choose NOT to gather supplies prior to a battle, your fault.. why complain when you can just ..gather supplies.
Hourglass is fine the way it is..
GGYou can defend a board with pistol+snipe, sword, blunderbombs, any gun+sword although I will agree blunderbuss is extremely convenient and by far the best at it.
You can't deal with a boarder and a bonecaller unless you have a sword really, especially solo.
@gotszu defending with non blunderbus weapons is as easy and as consistent as dealing with bonecallers with non sword weapons.
Not impossible, not optimal.
Not everything needs to be EASY to deal with, especially with it being as rare as it is to find. Bonecallers are the first item added that directly benefits swordplay and indirectly aids naval heavy players, as opposed to board heavy players. I would honestly be happy if the skeletons were buffed, but that's just me.
