Bone caller needs a buff to its spawn rate but a nerf to the skeletons hp. If it died to sword dashes, dagger throws, pistol shots, etc it would be a pretty fun weapon, with good potential to help reduce the Blunder Snipe meta. But like currently it basically just spawns 3 hard to kill annoying skeletons, and you can never find it. I think it should be more common but less effective to allow for a more fun experience. You could definitely make skeletons on ships have different stats than skeletons on islands too, to keep them more effective for PvE.
Bone Caller changes
A little balancing could be done for spawn rate or areas, but i dont think they should be too heavily nerfed in strength since not many people would use them if they were too weak. For how strong they are, the intended spawn rate seems good, but some places they may be a little too common and farmable.
