One of your managers informed me that if I just express my opinion in a normal way (not being harsh, rude etc.) that they will listen to me and discuss with me, but that is not the case here.

Your last post directly violated forum rules. That's why it was locked. I expect this one will be too.
I don't understand how you don't know what "don't discuss disciplinary actions" means. Google the word if you don't know it. Your thread was about unbanning people. Bans are disciplinary actions. Locking threads is also a discinplinary action, and this thread is about locking threads, so it violates the same rule.

Discussing Disciplinary Actions
Discussion of disciplinary actions taken against individual players is not permitted on the Forums. Topics and posts with this content will be locked, deleted and the users involved warned. Ignoring the warning will result in a temporary ban from the Forums and a final warning. If the action continues, a permanent ban from the Forums will be issued.
If the person involved wants more information or to appeal then they would need to contact Support as it is not something that can be discussed on the Forums.
