So I have unlocked quite a few achievements on the PC/Xbox version of the game. When I first booted up the PS5 version of the game, I figured everything would automatically be unlocked as it is between Steam, Xbox, and Xbox PC. Only a few trophies unlocked, then nothing else. Am I wrong in this assumption?

Without a proper list of trophies that are supposed to be auto unlocking, it's hard to tell what's intentionally not popping and what is a glitch.
I've had my Gold Hoarder at 75 and Athena at 20 bug out and getting promotions beyond that doesn't fix the issue. I've also had some Tall Tales give trophies for having all commendations while not unlocking doing the actual Tall Tale completion trophy. Yet at the same time, other Tall Tales had both associated trophies unlocked. So there isn't a rhyme or reason to any of it so far.
If you've already had a bunch of titles and commendations prior to PS5, chances are that getting 10 of each on PS5 specifically is bugging out too as I've done about 30+ commendations and about 12-13 titles on PS5 without those popping. It's hard to tell if that was intended to auto unlock or not. If it is intended to auto unlock, it might explain why it seems like nothing pops the trophy.
I've contacted Support and gotten a "Wait 72 hours to see if it pops and get back with us" which will be tomorrow as of this post. So maybe I'll get some information back soon about it.@professor-howl Have the same issue, promotion comms didn't unlock. Some TT unlocked, some didn't. Same with levels... Did you get any further response, because it's very annoying.

So, I got a response from another support member (since tickets apparently close after 72 hours), saying that there was some miscommunication and that the server synchronization for progress would start as of today for PS5 official launch. In other words, 72 hours starting today.
It's a bit annoying to be told to wait 72 hours a second time, especially when you're told that if waiting that long doesn't fix it, they'll be more than happy to help you out. But considering that something very similar happened on Xbox launch back in 2018 and some people waited up to a few weeks for some achievements to finally be handed out, I'm inclined to believe it might have happened here again on PS5. So, I'll hold out another 72 hours and see where we are at then.@professor-howl im in the same boat. Missing 4 or 5 that should have popped. I guess we wait 3 days and see what happens.

Quick update: The "Self Entitled" for 10 titles finally popped up this morning. The only title I've earned since the official release of PS5 was the one for level 10 on the Plunder Pass on Tuesday. Since it didn't pop up until today (assuming it was the Plunder Pass title at the very latest), 72 hours is about correct for progress.
However, the commendation trophy is still firmly sitting at 10% for me. I don't know if it's due only certain commendations counting or if it is straight up bugged for veteran players returning. I'm going to spend the next few days testing that theory out while Rare gets back with me about what to do here.

No luck for me. I earned a title tonight nothing. sitting at 3 almost 4 pages of titles.

The master orders also not popping.
In all, I am missing 8 tophies that should have synced by now.

Im having the same issue and support is basically telling me they dont know. I dont want to delete my pirate since I have progress towards a ton of DLC stuff but the lack of communication is baffling.
It’s frustrating to be told to wait multiple times without even acknowledgment that it’s an issue from support. It’s been two weeks and I just get sent a link that says only certain trophies pop up. Those certain trophies haven’t popped up. That’s the issue. I wish rare would just come out and say it’s a bug, but they won’t.
Yep, they have sent me the link and aid "only certain trophies will auto sync". I let them know I understand that. But I am locked out of Level Specific trophies. I can not do them again.
They told me 4 days ago to wait 72 hours and continue to play normally and they should sync. I reached back out today (96 hours later) and told them they are still not syncing/unlocking. They again told me to wait 72 hours.
So here I sit waiting for these 6 trophies to pop so I can get my Platinum. I have been carrying my friends and they will most likely get the trophies before I do. I love the game, so I will continue to play, just annoyed.
Really thought they would have this set in stone, otherwise I would have never transferred my pirate over from my Xbox account.

Yep, I have seen people saying they are just going to delete their pirate. I have unlocked so much so I don't want to. I have no idea if the things I have earned (ship accessories/pirate accessories) will still be there for a new pirate. Or if my anniversary rewards or event rewards will be there.
I just hope they get this resolved soon.

I refuse to delete my pirate. They honestly just need to figure out why it isnt syncing.Just as a small update, my ticket got sent up towards the development team about a week ago and now has a test team trying to figure out what's going on. They won't have an ETA on anything until they figure out exactly what's going on. At the very least, it seems like they are aware of the problem and are currently investigating.
@professor-howl you have any of your other trophies pop yet?
My ticket was also escalated to the dev team last week. Today I receieved a reaponse saying "We just wanted to assure you that our test team are continuing to look into your report. In the event we are able to diagnose the circumstances and uncover a problem we will look to address this in a future update.
As you can appreciate, the time taken for these investigations can vary considerably. As such, we are unable to go into more depth at this time. For this reason, we will be marking this support ticket as solved but please rest assured that we take all reports from our players very seriously and this report remains active in our internal systems."
So hopefully they find a fix.

"Pirate Legend" I am currently over level 600 in all companies. I have tried to equip the title to get it to sync.
"Master Gold Hoarder" I have already purchased master promotion as I am over lvl 73. I have tried to equip the title to get it to sync.
"Master of the Order" I have already purchased master promotion as I am over lvl 67. I have tried to equip the title to get it to sync.
"Master Merchant" I have already purchased master promotion as I am over lvl 69. I have tried to equip the title to get it to sync.
I really hope the resolve this issue soon.
