This is not related to S11.
I have a few commendations complete where the associated achievement has not yet unlocked.
The first was for selling every type of fish. My records show at least 1 of every type, yet no achievement.
There also appears to be no progression in achievements like the altered "dig up 250 x marks the spots". I recently completed a session where I dug up about 25 chests, and the progress didn't move - it's stuck at 89% even though the previously associated commendation is unlocked.
Has there been any notification that these issues are being worked on? I've been playing since launch, so it's a little discouraging to finally get some of these long haul tasks done only to find the achievements are stuck. Bleh.
