How to create a Sea of Thieves sub account (Steam)

    I just want to start playing Sea of Thieves again from the beginning, but that doesn't mean I won't stop playing first account, I just want to dig up a new one, so I want to make a new account.
    Is this possible if I have a new steam account + a new xbox account?
    If possible, what should I do when changing from the first account to the second account? Log out when leaving the game? Or just change your Steam account and run the game?

    I would appreciate your help, great pirates.

    You don’t need new steam, only Microsoft. Make new Microsoft account. Open game, at bottom it should show “sign out.” Do that and sign in with new Microsoft account. When you want to play as your main account sign out again to switch.

    @jinggbran correct, you don’t need to buy again. Only sign out and sign in with different account. We call these second accounts “alt accounts” and they are ok to have as long as it isn’t to evade discipline or do something against ToS. Many content creators have multiple accounts so they can play different challenges on them.

    @jinggbran yes, as long as you do not use either account to break any rules, then it is ok.
