it would be good to add a feature that allows players on console to enable 120fps.
On Xbox for example, if players have enabled 120fps on their console, they are then able to in certain games turn on 120fps. I think this would be a great feature to add to the game!
CONSOLE FPS
120hz(120fps) is already an available option, but only for the newest iteration of the Xbox, the series X|S, not the Xbox one variants.
It’s in the settings, if I remember correctly it has its own category. But if you need me to find exactly where it is I can do it later when I get on. I play on a series X.
@blub6039 newer console players have the option but it also requires a 120hz tv to hit the refresh rate, otherwise it’s set at 60hz by default.
Here is the setting, as Tessicl pointed out you do need a screen that is 120hz or higher to support this setting. But this setting is the 120fps setting.
