Not able to purchase Ancient Coins

    OK, Since season 10, I have not been able to purchase ancient coins. I've tried from in game at the emporium shops at outposts, I tried the emporium at login, I tried on steam, I tried on xbox.
    Symptoms:

    1. If you login in to steam, run the game, and go to emporium, I get a choice which bundle to purchase. I select it, and nothing happens. Just the spinning skull.
      1a. IF you leave game, stay logged in to steam, and restart game, then go to the emporium, you no longer get the bundle selection page. You just get an error stating the store is down.
    2. If you purchase the bundle outside the game, i.e. steam or xbox, THEN go into game and the emporium, the coins are not there.

    Troubleshooting:

    1. Signed out of steam and xbox accounts.
    2. Removed link between xbox and steam account.
    3. Reset xbox account.
    4. Verified integrity of game files on steam.
    5. Reset microsoft store account.
    6. Logged back into xbox account.
    7. Logged into MS store
    8. Logged into steam account
    9. Linked xbox account to steam account
    10. Ran game.
      Results:
      Nothing changed. Coins did not appear, and emporium worked exactly as before.
      WTH! Over.

    I also have this issue. If I go to purchase coins in the emporium, I get an infinite symbol where I think it's working, only to have to esc out and try again. The only thing that works for me is when I go to Steam, look at my Library, select the game, select the option to buy things in their store, and purchase it that way. Then when I log in, I have my coins.

    When buying Ancient coins outside of the game make sure to do it in the application that is linked to the one you're playing SoT with - do not buy on Steam when you have the Windows Store version or Xbox, etcetara.

    @lem0n-curry Thanks for the info. I do have my account linked to steam and I purchased the game though steam. I originally purchased the coin bundle through steam, but the coins didn't show up. SOOOOOO, I purchased the flipping coin bundle AGAIN but from the xbox app. And yet again...no coins. Covered all bases.

    @europa4033 WOOO-freekin-HOOO. THANKS!!!!!!!! I followed your steps, and bigger than s***, the bloody coins were there. Thanks again for the help.
