HG Champion dive mode

    I really feel like the champion dive mode for HG deserves a commendation and cosmetic reward tied to it, for several reasons.

    Most crews sell at 4 (if not earlier) so the 'sink opposing faction champion' commendations are fairly tricky to get. Adding comms to champ diving would help this.

    The prospect of facing off against a larger ship class and crew in HG seems like the biggest challenge one could have, adding comms for it would recognize that difficulty

    Probably a niche positive, but more ships queueing that are able to matchmake regardless of hull class would help alleviate queue times a bit? Maybe?

    Anyway, facing off against a larger ship is always a blast and adrenaline shot, doing so in HG for progress towards a sick cosmetic sounds awesome.

    I can't really think of any downsides to this. I don't think I've ever done a champion dive because there's nothing to do it for, other than the thrill of it. Good idea.

    Maybe the Guardians reward for this could be something NOT from the the ghost guardian set. Please.

    @soulstinger2k20 personally I'd say add more xp for champion dive and add a commendation for wins as champion with a cosmetic. This would incentivise the champion dive and would make the sinking champions more accessible by having more people going for streaks

    Completely agree. More rep appeals those wanting efficiency, and balances the increased risk of matching with another Champion

    Commendation appeals to completionists

    Cosmetic appeals to..well everybody.
