Lost voyage shipwreck bay clue bugged ?

So Ive reached Shipwreck bay with the clue where the big white circle is for the next clue.. the thing is: its been an hour and still nothing. Im not sure if its bugged? The search area is pretty simple. Ill see if I can post an image? Thanks for the help !
