Add Ferrets as possible pets

    I think it'd be pretty cool to have pet ferrets in the game, as ferrets were originally used for hunting rodents and other pests and some pirates had them as "pets" on ships for pest control. Plus it wouldn't be too weird now that we have foxes as pets

    also having one of every pet out would be awesome but very noisy!
