I do Easter Eggs since Black Ops 1 zombies and i have seen many of them in my life, i also used to keep monitorated the site of Scott Cawton (the creator of FNAF) wich in his site was usual hide hints for the upcoming game that he still haven't announced it yet. i even Did the Peacekeeper in Battlefield 1, with the horendous steps of using the morse code, using EVERY type of traduction used in WW1 to find the messages, so i have a few experience in Easter eggs and in my opinion this first step on the mistery is too hard for a game that have 5 years old + the fact that in certain states you'll not receiving nothing, it helps people to forget about this in time. we are searching like crazy the hints, they keep increasing the view on their socials, and also an boost of the spotify numbers, for they that's a good strategy of social boosts, but they should start softly and increase the difficoulty of the EEs throught phases.
that is how i should do the phase 1. in evrey social i'll put 5 images or videos, all the same, but for one fruit for social i'd hide a part of code that you can see only if you download and modify the color of the image. we have five fruits, one in instagram, one in twitter, facebook, youtube and tiktok. using the fruit crate with all the food type is drawed on it, following where the crab is looking, i'd suggest the order of the sequence of the right position of the parts that we have just found through the images. that was not so difficoult to figuring out.
