If I am crew on someone else captained ship and the emissary flag is raised, will my ledger get credit when we sell loot or only the captains ledger?
I have been trying to raise Reapers solo, but it is painful to say the least.

If you're on an emissary ship, all appropriate loot cashed in by your crew at the Trading Company you're Emissary for or at the Sovereigns goes towards your ledger value whether it's a captained ship, owned by you or someone else, or just a regular non-captaincy ship.
Adjusted a bit for a bit more accuracy; in case someone might think turning in skulls at the OoS gives you GH emissary :).
