I firmly believe in positive and negative feedback.
That being said, I wanted to commend and say THANKS to the entire SoT team for not having any issues during the latest Community Day and Gold and Glory Weekend that I experienced.
So THANK YOU! I know you've worked hard to mitigate past errors and mistakes, such as not being able to connect to the servers (Community Day 1) or lost gold and commendations (non-recoverable server issues) that I've encountered many times, etc. So again, thank you very much.
Community Day and Gold and Glory Weekend Success
I do think some of it comes down to they aren't nearly as active as they once were at more grind heavy points of history which likely helps their changes work more consistently
but they did improve data loss/corruption issues not just on event days but also in general
getting rid of gold rush on community days is helpful
in general they are always putting in the hours and effort to keep us all afloat though so that's always something to appreciate
and shout out to the ones that work the weekends during events, dealing with issues on a weekend is rarely a good time, so, appreciation for that work as well
