Hey I haven't received my twitch drops from August it was the r morningstar trousers jacket and hat I claimed it my game account was connected I've been waiting since August checking my game and never received my drops on my account cam anyone get back to me I'm really disappointed I didn't get my drops I never had this problem before

gotta go through a support ticket to get that handled
there will likely be some back and forth, sometimes you gotta answer things a few times but they typically work it out
include screenshots of your twitch account claimed items and all of that, they might ask you things you already included so just be prepared for that. Be chill about it and it might require some patience but it'll probably get fixed for you
