    a while back someone made a suggestion about sand castle emotes which I think would be awesome to go along with crabs being added

    sit down on the beach and build a sand castle while the crab scurries around

    We got crabs in trailers, we got crabs and baors all over the islands as paintings. Would be nice to have them finally. I dont know if crabs should be hostile, perhaps just running around and hiding in the sand once player approaches. But boars could be hostile and give some nice meat to cook

    I love it, sounds great!

    Can you imagine fighting a giant crab too? How awesome would that be! A spawned monster similar to a kraken or Meg but on land!

    To be fair, adding a boar skin to the existing pigs (and maybe a charge animation) doesn't seem outside the realm of possibilities.

    That said, sadly, I don't see Rare dedicating ressources to crabs (or any kind of new animal) as wildlife or as legit pets, they seem to be already struggling with their current timetable, workload and what they've planned, and the game barely holds together as it is...
