Not sure if a bug or not, but if you catch a Trophy fish, on the 'fish caught' milestone it only counts as a Trophy, not as the type it is
For example, I caught a Trophy Shadow Stormfish. My Trophy fish caught increased by 1, but Shadow Stormfish caught still shows as 0
I would think it'd count it as the species it is and as a trophy fish as well, not only as trophy
