I have recently completed all of the bilge rat commendations and I think it would be very nice if there was a title for completing them all. I know they might not be able to add one because there might be more bilge rat commendation in the future but I still think it would be cool to add one. Something simple like "Bilge Rat" or something like that.
Title for completing all bilge rat commendations
moreso than every Bilge Rat commendation, each specific tab should have a title for 100% completion, ''Beholder of Buried Treasure'' you earn from doing all Season 5 Related Bilge Rat commendations, so if all tabs had something like this, it'd be pretty great. Its still super dumb that there's 0 title or cosmetic reward for the Sea Fort commendations, there's just straight up 0 reason to do any of it.
It wouldn't really work to have a 100% Bilge Rat completion for the reason you stated, when they add new ones it'd either have to remove your title or now you have a title you shouldn't really have. If there was a new 100% title for each new Tab then it'd solve this issue and still give you new titles, in fact it'd give you multiple new titles, so even cooler.
I assume by completed everything, you mean all the ones that are not time limited. They used to add Bilge Rat commendations which would then be removed after the update, only appearing for those who completed it. Surely you don't count these? as it would mean its physically impossible for anyone to get that wasn't playing in the first few months.

I am always amused when someone asks for a new cosmetic or title for a milestone they just reached. They never seem to ask for them for milestones they haven't reached yet...
In your oath, you already earned many titles. They represent your journey already. No need for more.
There is also one glaring commendation that will rub a lot of people the wrong way as it'll prevent many form completing the requirements for the suggested accomplishment... And that singular Meg-related commendation is 100% out of their control. That one commendation also has a title attached, which means RNG would deprive those players of TWO titles. Salt in the wound. The seas would be salty indeed this idea ever happened.
@PorgWarior Once upon a time, I had 100% Bilge Rat commendations - that is no longer the case. @Super87Ghost has already given you the appropriate answer.
@burnbacon Imagine they awarded such a title then took it away with the next BR adventure drop. That would make me laugh so hard.
