Box of Wonderous Secrets.

    So I finally found the box of wonderous secrets after spending 2500 hours in the game.
    Only to find out that there is no commendation for it or anything. No cosmetics, no new ship parts, nothing.
    You only get 25.000 gold. Thats where the part with "Its not about the gold, but about the glory" kinda tricks me alot..

    Because you get nothing more then gold..!! NO GLORY! and thats even in the most hard area of the game, not even a proff that you have found it that you can put on your character or ship.
    you could easy make some sails, hull or atleast a title.

    I am diasapointed alot. I dont have much more to grind for in the game besides the last few commendations i need. So i would wish they put it a title or commendation for it.
    You get commendations for anything else, cooking stuff, selling loot, killing players, kill megs(and you even get a figure head and title for the most rare megaledon) and skelly ships and stealing.
    But the most rare chest in the hole game.. Nahh, nothing more then 25.000 gold..!!! I have 155 million gold and bought every item in game.

    Disapointed thats all i can say.

    I don't think it needs a commendation but if they have the data they could add a cosmetic like they did for the shrouded and retroactively award it.

    I don't think anything should be added that isn't retroactive

    I dunno if I even like that though because plenty of people have found them and never turned them in because they didn't even know what they were or where to turn them in. The whole thing might be too sloppy and inconsistent for me to like much.

    Upset you gain no commendation or title for finding a item most won’t even see for another few years unless they sail the one location it spawns at. Unlike the shrouded ghost.

    Not many visit the DR due to difficulty and other reasons.

    Sure it stinks you don’t have a title or commendation but as you said “the glory” of finding the item should be your own title. You can tell people now you found it,
    a pirate tale of you will you speak about around the campfire.

    Take pride in what you found. Don’t get upset over nobody will believe you story.
