Please? The Emote is nice, but it's not a pet. I want to be able to do things with it like you can any of the other pets.
- See it in FIRST PERSON while holding it, i cannot admire its cuteness from 3rd person
- Feed it
- Play it music and dance with it
- Have it follow me around while i do things
It's in so many cinematic trailers, and now an emote, could we possibly get it as a real pet? Imagine what you could do. So many colorful crabs IRL that could be used, give it tiny hats, tiny equipment! Imagine it holding a little cutlass or tankard of grog.
A lot of its animations for being a pet already exist, as well.
In terms of 'it'd be too small!', the parakeet is pretty small too. Limit what it can do if it's too small, have it only sit in places a dog or cat can sit on the ship, or give it its own specific places where it'd be more visible to find.
Anyways, I'd absolutely adore (and buy) a crab pet and accessories for it :P
